Regulations and policy for booking shuttle services, trips, and cruises

The service can be canceled up to 48 days from the date of the order via WhatsApp or email listed in the contact details. If you wish to notify a change in the order of the service, you must contact Greek Nights with advance notice. Non-arrival, lateness, or non-use of the service does not allow the customer of the service credit or refund. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, we are entitled to cancel the service. Route changes cannot be changed after the order has been placed. To add or update one of the reservation details, you must contact Greek Nights in advance at our hotline. The service will be provided against a credit card for security. Nights of Greece is not responsible for any damage or injury to personal property, injury, or bodily harm that may occur during the trip to the passengers and there will be no claims or complaints. The service is provided by external providers and the prices are determined by them.
