Starting Saturday, November 15 and every Thursday and Saturday, the great performer Glykeria will take on the task of enlivening the nights on “Odos Lysiou”. Her companions on stage are Sofia Papazoglou, Haris Makris and Christiana Galiatsou — in a program full of colors, rhythms, memories and melodies that unite generations.

Glykeria needs no introduction. Her long career — spanning four decades — and international recognition have made her the “voice of Greece.” With a steady presence on stage, the performer is distinguished by her talent, liveliness, and ability to easily transition from genre to genre, while remaining true and authentic.
In her performance, Glykeria combines songs that “uplift” the audience, convey the pulse of her successes, and touch the emotion. Hence the audience’s steadfast love for her.

Joining her on stage will be Sofia Papazoglou — with her distinctive voice and interpretive passion —, Haris Makris — who stands out for the power of his voice and his stage presence — and Christiana Galiatsou — who combines sensitivity, dynamism and a modern look at the folk and traditional repertoire.
The musical program is curated by Stelios Fotiadis and Kostas Fotiadis, while the orchestra is large and well-trained.
