From November 23, 2024, to January 6, 2025, Athens Transforms into a Magical Holiday Wonderland at “The Christmas Factory”!

Located at the Technopolis of Athens Municipality, The Christmas Factory returns to delight families and children with a unique and exciting holiday experience. This beloved event has become a cherished tradition in Athens, drawing visitors to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.

Dates and Operating Hours:
The festival will run daily from November 23, 2024, to January 6, 2025. Precise operating hours will be announced in the coming days. Visitors are encouraged to check for updates and book tickets in advance to plan their visit effectively.

Activities and Attractions:
The Christmas Factory offers a wide range of activities and attractions suitable for all ages:

  • Creative Workshops: Ten interactive workshops where children can create, learn, and play. Highlights include “Acropolis of Games,” a unique library dedicated to children’s stories featuring an interactive tale called “What’s Missing.”
  • Santa’s Music Hall: A musical hub where visitors can participate in the “Guess the Music” game and enjoy live performances.
  • Sweet Center: A sensory delight where guests can learn about making sweets and enjoy tastings.
  • Elves’ Neighborhood: A nature-inspired space promoting environmental awareness with hands-on activities for children.
  • Fun Park: Includes snow slides, trampolines, bumper cars, a Ferris wheel, carousel, and more. Visitors can also enjoy a scenic train ride led by the “Elf Driver” and ice skate on a 400 m² rink.
  • Theater Performance: A fresh adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, previously staged at Diana Theater, now a festive highlight at the factory.

Food Stalls and Christmas Market:
The venue boasts approximately 25 food and dessert stalls offering a variety of delights, including hamburgers, sausages, souvlaki, pizza, chocolates, waffles, and more. Additionally, the Christmas Market features over 50 shops selling jewelry, decorations, toys, gifts, clothing, and other holiday treasures—perfect for finding unique gifts.
